We are a network of professionals who support individuals and organizations in making sense of change, using anticipation as a means to strengthen orientation and decision-making in complex and uncertain contexts
We apply Futures & Foresight practices – with a specific focus on Adaptive Foresight – to support people and organizations in navigating contexts shaped by structural uncertainty, deep interdependencies, and non-linear dynamics. We approach futures thinking as an innovation in both mindset and method, enabling a shift beyond reactive and linear responses to change.
Our work explores transformative phenomena across multiple domains – society, technology, economy, environment, politics – by making implicit assumptions explicit and expanding the range of viable alternatives. We do not treat scenarios as answers, but as tools for learning, sense-making, and informed choice.
By integrating analysis, futures literacy practices, and adaptive methods, we contribute to strengthening the quality of orientation and decision processes over time, without reducing complexity or turning anticipation into prediction.
